Are you able to do custom makes?
Yes! If you have something in mind but can't see it on our website, please get in touch with your ideas via our contact page. We can then discuss your design, whether it is possible and the cost.
At Little Piggy Chic we LOVE helping to fill your home with items that are personal to you, so will do our best to fulfil your requests.
To ensure you are happy with your order, we can provide you with photos while we are making so you can see our progress and any changes can be made before the piece is finished. Please let us know if you require this.
How long until I receive my order?
All items are made to order so please allow up to 7 working days processing time, plus time for postage. All orders are sent second class through Royal Mail.
If you are from outside of the UK, please allow extra time for shipping/delivery.
What are the payment options?
We accept both PayPal and card payments. Please select the payment method that suits you best at the checkout.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes! We offer international shipping - you are able to select either standard or tracked at the checkout.
Shipping costs will vary depending on your location and the option you choose.
Please note, the customer is responsible for any customs fees incurred.
What is your return policy?
Although we think you'll love your items, if you are at all unhappy please get in touch via our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know. Although we may be able to offer a refund, the buyer will need to cover the posting the item back to us.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom/bespoke orders. We will discuss in detail the design for any custom makes to ensure we fully understand your ideas and requests. If you would like, we are happy to send progress photos, so please let us know.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations, but please get in touch if you notice something wrong with your order, for example inputting the incorrect delivery address.
